I bought a wii video gaming console believing Wal-Mart would provide what they called “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” and “90-days return policy”. And I also carefully looked at their”exception” board in the store and online. I have found nothing about “all electronics” nor the “video gaming system”. And only one month after, I found my wii isn’t functioning right for me. Immidiately, I went to Wal-Mart for return. I can’t get it returned. They kept saying it is there listed under exception while I was standing there like a jerk who cannot read. I called for store manager and someone on the phone said “We cannot list all the exceptions”. Where is what they promised “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” and “90-days return policy”? (PS: Brian West’s name tag is falling apart for weeks and no one seems to fix it. probably himself doesn’t visit the store or pay any attention…not even his name tag on the wall)
After you see my postings, let’s take a look at this photo. I never get resolutions from any management that day. I called the numbers in the photo and no answering machine. Someone answered me on the store manager’s number but he was the one who told me that “we cannot list all the exceptions!” I tried the numbers today, Saturday and still no one answering. I guess Wal-mart thinks most customers are shopping during the business hours. Yeah, right!!!!
